SDEN 1 - Wine vignette
An introduction to wine

Would you like a nice and cozy introduction to wine in two evenings? This accessible and pleasant entry-level course is intended for wine lovers who want to know more about wine. During these 2 evenings you will taste 12

wines, you will receive teaching materials and a national exam.

After this entry-level course:

do you know how to taste wine
can recognize and name your smell and taste
do you know a small number of the most common grape varieties
you will learn the most important classic and new wine regions
can you open wine bottles correctly
can offer your wine in the right way and at the right temperature
are you well prepared for the advanced training SDEN-2

SDEN 2 - Wine Charter
Recognizing wines

This wine course spread over 5 days at SDEN 2 level teaches you about the history of wine and how wine is made. You will also learn what the influences are between climate and soil type. You will learn to better understand wine labels and discover differences in grapes and regions. During the wine course of five evenings, we extensively taste the most important wines (more than 40) from the different regions. The wine course is concluded with a national exam.
