Wine and the world surrounding it is vast and fascinating. The more you know about wine, the more interesting it becomes. Many people enjoy a good glass of wine and would like to learn more about wine.

My name is Jacqueline de Gouw and I love wine!
As a true Burgundian, I find wine very enjoyable. Not just for the grape juice itself, but more for what it represents: conviviality, warmth, relaxation, being together and a good or festive feeling.
While working for an international wine and spirits company, I discovered my passion for wine. After completing various wine courses, I am now a registered vinologist and international vinologist, registered in London (recognised worldwide). I have also visited many wine regions and vineyards around the world, had many conversations with world-renowned master winemakers such as Andries Burger, Marcos Lojo and Mark Carmichael Green, and had the opportunity to observe them during the production process. This is also why I can give people good wine advice and tell them more about the world of wine.
Many people enjoy a glass of wine, but do you know exactly what you like about that Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay or other wine? I would like to find that out with you.
I would like to test whether you also like other wines, for example through a blind wine tasting in Breda or during professional wine courses in Breda.
You will be amazed at what your taste buds reveal when you cannot see the wine or the brand. Do you still like that familiar Sauvignon Blanc, or does another wine suddenly emerge that you actually like much better but had never considered before? I would like to surprise you with the possibilities in the taste experience of wine.
