SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship your purchase within 1-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation from Monday to Friday, for the United Kingdom. During peak season, delivery of sale items and public holidays may take slightly longer.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, please contact us at jaqueline@passievoorwijnbreda.nl.

 

Shipping

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For more information about your order or tracking number for shipments outside the United Kingdom, please contact us at jacqueline@passievoorwijnbreda.nl.

Received a damaged product?                    

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please email the following to jacqueline@passievoorwijnbreda.nl: a photo of the item and its original packaging, the order number and your details.

Return policy

Items from your order must be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can register your return by sending an email to jaqueline@passievoorwijnbreda.nl. You must handle the product and its packaging with care. Both must be undamaged for return. The product can only be returned in the same condition as when it was received.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. However, you can reorder the item (and return the other one). The items being returned are your responsibility until they are back in our possession. We will refund the items at the price you purchased them for.
