1-day course SDEN 1+ Wine vignette + lunch

Service Description

After just one day of training, you'll already know a great deal about wine and be ready for the SDEN2 follow-up course. The price includes lunch and a course book (value €9.95). (The course will proceed with a minimum of 6 participants.) SDEN 1 is an introduction to wine for people who, professionally or personally, want to learn more about wine. At the end of the day, you'll take a theory test for the SDEN 1 wine certification. This is a nationally recognized wine exam. The SDEN 1 certification means that you: * Have tasted more than 16 wines. * Have learned to taste according to the SDEN method. * Know several common grape varieties. * Recognize the most important classic and new wine regions. * Be able to distinguish and identify several basic flavors (e.g., dry, sweet, fruity, spicy) in wine. * Know how wine is made. * Know how to read a wine label. * Could you give some practical serving tips, such as serving temperature? * Do you know anything about pairing wine with food?
